Can we change our perspective on the world with the help of food?

Carolyn Steel is a leading thinker on food and cities, author of the books Hungry City: How Food Shapes Our Lives  and Sitopia: How Food Can Save the World. In her introductory speech she will share how seeing the world through the lens of food and food relations can fundamentally change our perspective. She will also point to some core actions on how to sustainably feed cities and rural areas.

Carolyn Steel’s presentation will be followed by a short introduction in Swedish to MatLust’s work. MatLust is a regional development node supporting small and medium sized food companies in the Stockholm region to grow sustainably.
