The time for a circular economy has come

Circular Economy (CE) is a rapidly emerging concept and phenomenon within the international business – and the industrial production community. Several national governments such as China and the UK, are today proactively promoting CE in their national economic and environmental policies. However, the scientific research on CE, and in particular, research on the actual contributions CE can make to sustainable development and sustainability is still only emerging.
